The footer widgets are the links (Info & Blog) and Instagram/Pinterest widgets above the site footer.
Links ("Info" and "Blog")
- Go to your Blogger dashboard > Layout
- Scroll down to the "Footer 1" widget area > open the "Info" (Link List) widget
- To add a link, click on "ADD A NEW ITEM"
- Add the title to the Site name field; add the link to the Site URL field
- Repeat the same for the "Blog" widget in "Footer 2"
If you're going to add links to pages on your blog (like About, Contact), you have to create them first. If you haven't done so already, go to your Blogger dashboard > Pages > click on "+ New Page" > give it a title and publish it. To get the link, click on the little eye icon that appears on the right side when you hover over the page title in Pages.
